As Aluxide, we offer an extensive range of extruded aluminium profiles from 10mm width up to 400mm width with many after-extrusion services. We can provide mill finished or powder coated profiles with lengths up to 13.4 metres. Our teams are specialised in bespoke extrusion, therefore, we manage every step of your extrusion. Our supplier bases enable us to provide a full integrated service for our customers. These services contain die producing, powder coating, sublimating, anodizing, fabricating and packing. 

Die shop produces the dies with the high-technology CNC machines. Dies are maintained in the in-house die archives. This enables us to provide a faster service. Our engineers work on our customers designs for the best outcome with the extrusion presses here.

We can anodize maximum 7.6 metres long profiles up to 25 microns. Anodizing lines are built in with high-technology, and offer various surface options. All anodizing operations are in comply with the QUALANOD standards.

We can powder coat up to 13.4 metres long profiles, which is a very rare number within the industry. Powder coating lines are built in with the most recent technology and offer various surface options. All powder coating operations are in comply with the QUALICOAT standards.

Being a very unique service, Aluxide can provide profiles with a wood effect thanks to the sublimation lines of our supplier bases. Different high quality Italian made wood effect films can be used in the sublimation line which makes a very successful and durable wood like appearance technology possible on the aluminium profiles. Films are plastered on the profile with the high pressured vacuum, and curing the profiles in the curing oven in a high temperature completes the transfer process.

Our supplier bases contain large machining lines with the best engineers and the most recent technologies. These can be listed but not limited to cutting, drilling, punching, notching, deburring and barcode printing. Details can be shared if requested.
